The great room features a large flat-screen TV and ample seating, including a comfortable sofa bed that can serve as an additional sleeping area. A variety of DVDs and books are available for your entertainment. Adjacent to the great room is a separate formal dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is bright and welcoming, with a breakfast counter that seamlessly connects it to the great room. It is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge freezer, coffee maker, blender, microwave oven, and garbage disposal, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary adventures.
Our spacious Primary bedroom feaures a luxurious king bed and a walk-in closet. It includes a wall-mounted, internet enabled flat screen TV, a clock radio, a dressing table and bedside cabinets with lamps for your convenience. The large ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, dual sinks, a WC, and a garden tub. There is also a convenient door leading to the deck, perfect for stepping out to enjoy your morning coffee. Start your day with a leisurely swim or simply relax on the comfortable sun loungers, soaking in the sunshine before heading out for the day's activities.
On the opposite side of the villa from the primary bedroom, you will find the double bedroom, accessed through the halway. This cosy room features a comfortable queen bed, spacious closet and a ceiling fan. It is equipped with a wall-mounted internet-enabled flat screen TV, bedside cabinets, and lamps ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.
The third twin bedroom features two comfortable single beds, a closet and a ceiling fan. The room is equipped with a wall-mounted internet-enabled flat screen TV, along with a bedside cabinet and lamp, providing a cosy and functional space for guests.
In the hallway leading to the guest bedrooms, we have provided a desk and chair with a lamp, providing a convenient workspace for those who wish to use their laptop. Additionally, there is an extra set of drawers for added storage, ensuring plenty of space for your belongings.
The guest bathroom, conveniently serving the double and twin bedrooms, features a shower, sink unit, and WC, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Lanai - step out to the extended covered lanai, accessible through oversized glass sliding doors from the great room. This inviting outdoor space includes a dining table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals. The area is equipped with a ceiling fan and light for added comfort. Enjoy the pre-wired surround sound system with mounted and recessed speakers, allowing you to enjoy music both inside and outside.
Pool area - the completely private pool area offers dedicated spaces for dining, relaxation, and recreation, making it ideal for both day and night enjoyment. The deck and pool are beautifully illuminated allowing for a refreshing swim or an al fresco meal, even afer a long tiring day. The deck features sun loungers as well as a table and chairs, providing ample seating options. It's the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings with a lovely glass of your favourite drink once the children have gone to bed.
Utility Room - the separate utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, providing everything you need for laundry during your stay.
Guest Services & Safety
Our villa is thoroughly prepared and pre-checked to ensure your comfort. Our dedicated management company is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns during your stay. In our commitment to safety, especially in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we maintain a minimum of 72 hours between departures and arrivals. This allows for extra cleaning and sanitisation, with a focus on disinfecting high-touch areas.

Safety Note: For the safety of your children, the doors leading to the pool area are alarmed. We kindly ask that children are not left unattended by the pool.
