These rates are estimates based on current exchange rates. The rate that you pay may vary depending on the exchange rate that you receive at the time of payment.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

RENTAL NOTES:
- Rental rates are per week - for the home - NOT per person - at the current exchange rate.
- There is an additional charge of $25 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months.
- Minimum stay 7 nights (excluding June-August - 10 night minimum stay required)
- Rates include Florida State & Local Taxes of 12%
- End of stay cleaning fee - $115.00 - included
All rentals are subject to the following booking/rental conditions.
- A Non-Refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. A booking form will be sent to you via email which must be completed and returned along with your deposit.
- The balance of payment, plus a £200/$250 refundable security deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
- For longer stays of one or more months the deposit is $800 per month.
- The security deposit will be returned within 21 days of your departure following confirmation that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition.
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid when due.

Payment Methods
- UK Guests: Payment by bank transfer or cheque in £s.
- US / Other Countries: Payment in US dollars. Pay by US check, wire transfer, direct deposit into our US bank account.
- We accept payments in US Dollars or UK Sterling at the current exchange rate. Payments by BACS transfer or check/cheque.
